For anyone using the extended version of the built in Shopify Reviews (or considering doing so) here is a great new feature - It’s a micro-review system included on the order confirmation page (i.e. what the customer sees when they’ve just paid for the product) and basically asks a simple but yet powerful question “Why did you buy this item?” and what you’ll get is bite-size comments overwhelming with positive sentiments!
