Duo Jewellery is a couple team specialising in a unique fusion of Australian essence and European flair jewellery with a retail presence in Double Bay, Sydney and their online store. Duo has focused on quality, design originality and a high level of customer service.
Our recent upgrade concentrated on updating the collection filters functionality using Shopify 2.0 facetted filtering using the Search & Discovery app and adding new product metafields.
The results speak for themselves – within hours of the new site going live, we secured new sales, proving that the improvements made an immediate impact on our conversion rates. It was incredible to see such quick validation of the work we'd done together.
