What to do if Order Printer isn't working on your Shopify Site

You may be seeing a blank order printer screen when you go in to the app. The good news is that it isn't broken, your browser just needs more permissions.

Just click on the little red icon shown above, and allow popups. You may need to refresh the sceen but Order Printer should then work for you.
