Stripe is a bit like PayPal – it lets you take credit card payments without the hassle of getting a merchant account and ePayment gateway. It also lets you ‘pay as you go’ rather than shelling out in advance for a credit card facility.
All you need to do is click to admin /settings / payments
Find “Accept Credit Cards”, click on the “Select a credit card gateway” drop down, and choose Stripe.
Then just fill out the form

Then put through a transaction to confirm that credit card payments show up as a payment option on checkout.

Here's what it means and what to do.
This is a stellar example of what happens when you consistently show up and put your genuine self into your content.
